After graduating from high school in 1976, David began working in the steel industry as a union worker. In 1986, David married his wife, Kathleen, and they welcomed their son, Ryan.The Gue family has always been a source of strength and support for David. His dedication to both his family and career is a testament to his exceptional time management and commitment.

His passion for the game grew as he watched the Cubs and White Sox on WGN TV, developing admiration for players like Tommy John and Ron Santo. David also played organized baseball, participating in local all-star and high school teams.

David’s thirst for knowledge led him to pursue higher education while working full-time and raising a family. He enrolled at St. Joseph College in Whiting, Indiana, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management in 1997. 

Not stopping there, he continued his education at Olivet Nazarene College in Bourbonnais, Illinois, where he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Management in January 2000. Juggling work, studies, and family life was challenging, but David’s determination saw him through.

Family Life and Personal Growth

David married his wife Kathleen in 1986, and together they raised their son Ryan. Kathleen’s support was instrumental in David’s journey, providing him with the encouragement he needed to pursue his goals. 

Their partnership exemplifies the importance of family support in achieving personal and professional success. David’s ability to balance his career, education, and family life is a testament to his strong character and unwavering dedication.

Advocacy for Fairness in Baseball
