Yelyzaveta Burtova has built a career that extends beyond public recognition into international education, entrepreneurship, and advisory work. In this exclusive conversation with Celebrity News, she shares how her journey has evolved and why creating opportunities for others has become the driving force behind everything she does.
Lara Silver: Many people first became familiar with you through public recognition and pageantry. How has that experience influenced the direction of your career?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: It gave me something incredibly valuable, a platform. Public recognition attracts attention, but I quickly realized that visibility has much greater value when it is connected to purpose. I wanted people to know me not only for titles or appearances but for meaningful work that helps others build better futures through education, entrepreneurship, and international opportunities.
Lara Silver: Your professional activities now cover several different industries. Was that intentional?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: Yes. I have always believed that education, business, leadership, and international development are closely connected. People often approach these areas separately, but in reality, they influence one another every day. Education shapes careers; careers create businesses; businesses generate opportunities; and those opportunities can positively affect families and communities. My goal has been to help people see those connections.
Lara Silver: Education appears to be one of the strongest themes throughout your work. Why is it so important to you?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: Education creates choices. It gives people the confidence to adapt, solve problems, and pursue opportunities they may never have imagined. Through Neurora Global Education, I work with students and families who are planning not only for university admission but for their long-term future. Every educational decision has the potential to influence an entire career.
Lara Silver: Many people associate success with financial achievement alone. Do you see it differently?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: I do. Financial success is important, but lasting success is much broader. It includes knowledge, integrity, meaningful relationships, continuous learning, and the ability to contribute to other people’s growth. Those are assets that continue to create value throughout life.
Lara Silver: Your advisory work also involves entrepreneurs and internationally mobile families. What challenges do they most commonly face?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: Every client’s situation is unique, but many are navigating complex decisions that affect education, business, relocation, and long-term planning simultaneously. My role is to help them see the bigger picture and develop strategies that support sustainable growth rather than focusing only on immediate decisions.
Lara Silver: Leadership is another recurring theme in your work. How would you define leadership today?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: Leadership is about responsibility. It is not simply holding a position or receiving recognition. It means helping others grow, making thoughtful decisions, and remaining committed to your values even when circumstances change. I think modern leadership requires empathy as much as expertise.
Lara Silver: You also founded Elevated Women’s Circle. What inspired that initiative?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: Throughout my career, I have met remarkable women from many different industries. They each had valuable experience, but they often lacked opportunities to connect, collaborate, and support one another. Elevated Women’s Circle was created to encourage those relationships because strong professional communities benefit everyone involved.
Lara Silver: Technology is transforming nearly every industry. How do you think artificial intelligence and digital innovation will influence future generations?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: Technology will continue changing how we work, communicate, and learn. That makes qualities such as critical thinking, adaptability, creativity, and ethical leadership even more important. Information is becoming more accessible, but judgment, compassion, and the ability to make responsible decisions remain uniquely human strengths.
Lara Silver: Looking back, what has been the most meaningful part of your professional journey?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: Seeing people achieve goals they once believed were out of reach. Whether it is a student beginning an international education, an entrepreneur launching a business, or a family creating new opportunities for the next generation, those moments remind me why this work matters.
Lara Silver: Finally, what message would you like to share with people who are just beginning to build their own path?
Yelyzaveta Burtova: Never underestimate the value of continuous learning. Be open to new opportunities, invest in your knowledge, and stay committed to your principles. Success rarely happens because of one defining moment. It is built through consistent effort, thoughtful decisions, and a genuine willingness to create value for others.
