Becca Kufrin, a former participant on ‘Bachelor in Paradise,’ took to Instagram to showcase her husband Thomas Jacobs’ dream wedding ring, describing it as “boujee AF.” On Saturday, October 28, Kufrin posted a close-up image of Jacobs’ new diamond-encrusted ring. In a subsequent Instagram Story, she displayed Jacobs, who appeared elated, flaunting his new ring and described it as “the sickest thing I’ve seen in my entire life.”
Kufrin, 33, altered the popular saying “Diamonds are a girl’s best friend” to fit her husband, crossing out “girl’s” and replacing it with “Tommy’s.” She had previously discussed Jacobs’ taste in rings, stating that he had given her a beautiful band to complement her engagement ring and that he aspired to have a wedding band adorned with numerous baguette diamonds.
The couple announced on Friday, October 20, that they had spontaneously wed the previous week. They shared this news through a joint Instagram post, marking the date as “10/13/23.” The pair, who welcomed their first child, Benson, in September, initially got engaged in May 2022 after Kufrin proposed with a gold ring.
Five months after Kufrin’s proposal, Jacobs reciprocated by carving “Marry Me” into a pumpkin and then proposing to her. Both expressed their excitement and love for each other in a joint Instagram post, stating, “Now let’s get married!”
Kufrin, who was also the star of ‘The Bachelorette’ Season 14, met Jacobs during her time on ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ in 2021. Although they initially coupled up during the show’s seventh season, they separated before the season’s conclusion. However, by August 2021, they had reconciled. Kufrin shared on the “Talking It Out With Bachelor Nation” podcast that their time away from the cameras helped them explore their relationship further, praising Jacobs for fighting “tooth and nail” to maintain their relationship.
