She’s a CEO, an author, a publisher, an educator, and a speaker, and somehow, in her spare time, Dr. Sheena J. Collier still finds a moment to step up to a microphone and sing. If that sounds like a lot for one person to hold, that’s kind of the point. Collier has built her entire life around the idea that people are capable of holding and becoming more than they think.
Based in Huntsville, Alabama, Collier’s story doesn’t start with a business degree or a boardroom. It starts in logistics, where she spent more than 21 years mastering the art of precision under pressure. It’s not the origin story you’d expect from someone now known for her work in leadership development, but Collier will be the first to tell you that’s exactly why it worked. The discipline she built moving cargo and managing complex operations became the same discipline she’d later use to move people toward their purpose, their potential, and their next chapter.
Today, Collier wears more titles than most people collect in a lifetime. She’s the Founder and CEO of Provision Realty Group, the Founder of Provision House Publishing, and the Executive Director for Education at Provision Real Estate Academy. She holds a Ph.D. in Business. She’s been named a United States Global Honoree and one of the Top 50 Female Leaders to Watch in 2026 by Powerhouse Global Magazine. Add in a Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, a Huntsville Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 honor, and an induction into the Stillman College Alumni Hall of Fame, and you start to get a sense of just how far her influence reaches.
But ask Collier what actually drives her, and the answer isn’t a résumé line; it’s people. “Effective leadership begins with understanding people, meeting them where they are, and creating environments where individuals feel valued, supported, celebrated, and equipped to progress personally and professionally,” she says. It’s that same instinct that led her to develop her own signature framework, which she calls Pause, Prune, Pivot to Purpose, and Produce. It’s a method she now shares with entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, educators, nonprofit organizations, military families, students, and community groups across the country.
And this summer, fans and followers will get to see her take that message to an even bigger stage. Collier is set to headline the Leadership Experience Tour, running August 6–8, 2026, where she’ll bring her platform and her signature energy directly to audiences eager to hear it in person.
If that weren’t enough, Collier is also gearing up for one of the biggest milestones of her career: the release of her very first book, published through her very own company, Provision House Publishing. It’s a full-circle moment for a woman who has spent her career building platforms for other people to shine. Now she’s stepping fully into her own spotlight.
Away from the stage and the C-suite, Collier’s creative side runs deeper than most know. A vocalist at heart, she enjoys sharing her voice through music whenever she gets the chance, a reminder that behind the accolades and the empire is someone who simply loves to create, connect, and express herself in every form available to her.
Collier’s mission has never wavered. She wants to lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and leave things better than she found them. “I hope readers are encouraged to pursue excellence, embrace lifelong learning, and recognize that exceptional leadership begins with self-awareness, good character, personal growth, compassion, and service to others,” she shares.
With a book on the way, a national tour stop on the calendar, and an ever-growing platform behind her, Dr. Sheena J. Collier is proving that you don’t have to choose between ambition and heart. You just have to pursue both, unapologetically.
