Zaria’s journey took a dramatic turn at the Summer Smash 2024 music festival. What was meant to be an evening of celebration quickly became a profound personal challenge. “In that moment, I felt completely violated and very uncomfortable,” Zaria recounted. “I felt like if I did not make a stop to it, it was not going to stop him because he touched two other girls. I would not want any female, male, or ultimately anyone to ever feel uncomfortable in a place of joy and new experiences.”

Today, Zaria is leveraging her newfound platform to champion the cause of protecting women, embodying the role of an architect of change both in her professional aspirations and her advocacy.
In addition to her viral moment, Zaria has recently begun working with LiveSafe Resources, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and safety resources for individuals affected by violence and harassment.
