About Savannah Frank
Savannah Frank is a leadership and motivation-focused professional whose perspective has been shaped by military service, international experiences, personal adversity and an interest in personal transformation. Raised in a Navy family, she moved frequently while growing up, living in places including South Carolina, Italy, Virginia, Tennessee and Hawaii. Those experiences exposed her to different cultures, disciplines and ways of thinking.
Frank followed her family’s military tradition by becoming an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Her service included work as a Public Affairs Officer and recruiting duty, experiences that strengthened her understanding of leadership, communication, accountability and maintaining morale during difficult circumstances. She also credits her background in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, NROTC, and martial arts training with shaping her approach to teamwork and service.
After leaving the Marine Corps, a period of personal loss and difficulty prompted Frank to reconsider her direction. The death of her father in 2017 and the subsequent investigation surrounding his death became a turning point, leading her to explore questions of purpose, spirituality and resilience.
Today, Frank is now focused on building an energy-healing community in Dallas, Texas. Her work centers on helping people examine negative patterns, reconnect with a sense of purpose and pursue clarity and joy. Her vision includes empowerment retreats, community building, and writing. During her episode in the Operation CEO series, she discusses authenticity, servant leadership, motivation and the importance of allowing people to choose their own path toward personal growth.
