About Kristin Silvestri
Kristin Silvestri is the owner of The Collective Park City, a fashion and lifestyle boutique in Park City, Utah, focused on individuality, community, creativity and personal style. The store brings together fashion, home goods, art and lifestyle products while helping customers explore styling choices suited to their preferences and individual needs.
Silvestri’s path to retail entrepreneurship began with two long-standing interests: soccer and fashion. After earning a college soccer scholarship, she played professional soccer in San Diego for three seasons. She later moved to Los Angeles, where she entered the fashion industry, worked with designers and eventually launched her own clothing brand in 2013. The small-batch collections sold out quickly, and she was later invited to show her work at New York Fashion Week.
After returning to Park City, Silvestri built further experience in retail management and merchandising before joining The Collective in 2019. When the business faced the COVID-19 shutdown shortly after its planned opening, she moved operations online, introduced local pickup and delivery, and developed scheduled shopping. In 2022, she acquired the business.
Silvestri also supports community initiatives, including a partnership with the Park City School District that gives students opportunities to develop workplace and life skills through retail experience. She created Fashion’s First Friday: Park City Style, connecting local boutiques through a monthly shopping event.
Her leadership approach combines structure with creative freedom, with an emphasis on teamwork, collaboration and supporting other women in business. Her future goals include expanding The Collective concept while continuing to build community connections.
