The enchanting evening at the prestigious Royal Mirage Jumeirah Dubai was not just another night; it was a celebration of beauty, talent, and fashion, orchestrated by the renowned brand ANGEL ESTERA. The event was graced by the presence of the newly crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas 2024 Dubai, Elizah Mendoza, alongside Angelu Adan, Mutya ng Pilipinas Abu Dhabi, and the esteemed Miss Cory Quirino, the luminary behind Mutya ng Pilipinas. The occasion was further illuminated by the distinguished 6 Skin Group, 6skinsuae, adding to the glamour and prestige of the gathering.
The night was special for many reasons, not least because it marked the grand coronation and final night of Mutya ng Pilipinas Dubai United Arab Emirates 2024. It was a platform where beauty and culture converged, showcasing the vibrant heritage and contemporary flair of the Philippines. Despite being new to the pageant world, our candidate, Miss Elizah Mendoza, represented her hometown of Cainta Rizal with unparalleled grace and spirit. Her journey from the backstage preparations in the afternoon to the spotlight on the stage was a testament to her dedication and the meticulous guidance she received.
Being part of the backstage activities is a rare occurrence for me, but this time it was a privilege to mentor and dress a candidate. It’s not every day that one gets to witness the transformation of individuals into icons of beauty and confidence. The experience was a reminder of the power of pageantry to inspire and uplift, to turn aspirations into reality.
Miss Mendoza’s performance was nothing short of spectacular. Her radiant confidence and innate elegance were on full display, captivating the audience and judges alike. She not only won the title to represent Dubai in the final pageant in the Philippines but also claimed major accolades for the evening – BEST in National Costume and BEST in Evening Gown. These awards were a testament to her exceptional poise and the exquisite creations of Angelo Estera Couture Dubai, which provided her with ensembles that perfectly complemented her beauty and persona.
The success of the evening was also due in no small part to the dedicated efforts of the glam team, led by Aaron Sam Delacruz and Lester Valencia Navarro, whose expertise in makeup and hair styling played a pivotal role in enhancing the natural beauty of the contestants. Additionally, the unwavering support of my AE team, especially Miss Rhodalyn, was invaluable in ensuring the event’s success.
