Kyle Ewing is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, coach, strategic advisor and investor whose work centers on leadership, mindset and systems thinking. He founded TerraSlate Waterproof Paper after identifying a practical problem with traditional laminated paper and spending a year developing a waterproof, rip-proof alternative. The company grew from a one-person startup into a business serving restaurants, the military, biotech firms and other organizations.
