About Donna Powell
Donna Powell is an entrepreneur and founder of Texoma Staffing, a staffing business she established in 1998 after identifying a need for employment services in her area. Her professional path has included multiple small-business ventures, including toner cartridge sales, personalized children’s books, a seasonal snow-cone business, The Java Express drive-through espresso bar, and a playground equipment company. She also developed and operated a women’s fitness center in Sherman, Texas.
Over nearly three decades, Powell has focused on building businesses while creating employment opportunities and supporting her family. Her experiences have shaped a philosophy centered on self-reliance, trust, personal responsibility, compassion and learning through challenges. She describes intuition and faith as important influences in the decisions that have guided her journey.
Her work later expanded internationally through Drift Inn Belize, which she created with her daughter and opened to the public in 2017. In 2020, Powell began developing a 30-acre farm and campground in Belize, with a broader vision of creating a holistic community centered on personal growth, nature, unity and compassion.
Today, Powell is developing Agape Quantum Creations, a nonprofit initiative connected to her vision for Maya Cocoon Gateway to Eden, while also working on a book titled A Game: Awakening to Ascension. Her broader mission emphasizes helping people strengthen self-trust, establish healthy boundaries, and move from patterns of limitation toward greater personal freedom.
